Regardless of what this photo/picture is really saying it is pretty weird and wild to me. It really makes you go... what?! Or at least I did anyway.
It looks like they created this picture with Construction Paper and some Crayola Crayons. I think it's quite creative.
To let you know why this picture was created, it was created for a Band/group called Wild Oats. I would guess to find more information on them Google Wild Oats. You might end back up here, but doubtful.
